With our 24-hour live monitoring service, powered by SMA web monitoring, we continuously monitor all systems to provide you with active energy production performance data. Monitoring allows GeckoLogic to make sure that your system is performing at optimum efficiency at all times.  If problems do arise, we will be able to notify our maintenance staff,  SolarService-USA, to fix the problem in a timely manner. 

The SolarService-USA Guarantee:  If your warranty claim is not handles within 24-hours, Gecko Logic will pay for all your lost production.

Through SMA “Sunny Portal” all customers are provided graphic display of your system’s performance data. Daily system performance data is uploaded to the Sunny Portal via the Sunny WebBox at intervals chosen by the user. From the “My Monitoring” (link) tab on our website’s homepage our customers will be able to remotely monitor your system’s production from anywhere in the world with internet access.  Tracking your production is a great way to know to how much you get from your system throughout the year, and also helps let you know when your panels need to be cleaned.
